Vendasta, a fast-growing SaaS company, faced inconsistencies and outdated design across its settings pages due to rapid expansion. Their platform had siloed teams, resulting in fragmented user experiences, particularly in the settings area, where users struggled to navigate efficiently.

Through our discovery process, we uncovered inconsistencies across the entire platform. We expanded the scope to redesign the settings pages with a focus on usability, simplifying and unifying the design for a more intuitive cross-platform experience.
